Delivery
- Free UK Mainland delivery for orders over £159.00. For orders under £159.00 we charge £6.99.
- For non-UK Mainland orders, the cost of delivery will be calculated during the checkout process.
- Order/Orders dispatch in 3-4 working days.
- For order with next day dispatch service, we charge £3.99 per item. Should the order be placed after noon, the order will be dispatched after two working days from the date of order placement. Else, orders will be dispatched the next working day.
Cancellation Approval
After placing your order, you can cancel it by simply heading to the "Your Orders" section.
- For a standard order, you can cancel it within 12 hours after placing it.
- For orders with next-day dispatch, we kindly ask you to initiate cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order. This allows us to process your request efficiently.

product arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Please review our return policy:
- Made to measure products are crafted to your unique specifications, making them inherently non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- If your made to measure product arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product for a return, replacement, or refund.
- It is crucial to provide accurate measurement for made to measure products. We strongly encourage customers to double-check and verify their measurements before placing an order. Any discrepancies due to inaccurate measurements provided by the customer may not be eligible for return or refund.
- Please contact and inform us by email first before you start your returning process, we will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on how to return the product.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate. (Refunds will be processed using the original payment method).
- All orders are checked thoroughly before shipping out, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise during transit. If you notice any visible damage to the product or malfunction, please document it with photographs along with your order number, a description of the damage or defect and contact us within 24 hours upon receiving the product/products.
- For returns unrelated to manufacturer errors or defects, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. In the event that your item is damaged or defective due to a manufacturer error, we will cover the return shipping costs.
