Delivery & Collection

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 3-4 working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
  • A next-day dispatch service is available at £3.99 per item. Orders placed before 12:00 noon are dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon are dispatched within two working days of placing the order.
  • Free UK Mainland delivery is available for orders over £159.00. Orders below this amount incur a delivery charge of £6.99. Delivery costs for non-UK Mainland addresses are calculated at checkout.
  • Orders selected for collection will be ready within 3-4 working days. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your order, please sign in to your account and navigate to the “Your Orders” section within the applicable timeframes outlined below.

  • Standard orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders placed with next-day dispatch service must be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order due to accelerated processing.

All Darhu Blinds products are made to measure and manufactured to the exact specifications provided in your order. As such, the statutory right to cancel for a change of mind does not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

  • We can only accept returns where there is a confirmed manufacturing fault or where the product does not match the specifications stated in your order confirmation.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all measurements, selections, and specifications submitted at the time of ordering are accurate. Products manufactured according to the details provided cannot be refunded or remade due to customer measurement or selection errors.

  • Returns must not be sent without prior authorisation. Items returned without authorisation may not be accepted.
  • Where a claim is found not to relate to a manufacturing defect or our error, return shipping costs and associated charges shall be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returned goods must be packaged securely. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
